Conveniently located a mere 5 minutes' walk from the city centre, recently recognized by Unesco as a naturalistic heritage site, the splendid town of Cortina d'Ampezzo attracts visitors and athletes all year round.

The valley is surrounded by plentiful downhill ski slopes, cross-country runs, ice stadium activities and hundreds of hiking and biking paths, for example the Cortina Calalzo La Via delle Dolomiti or mountain climbing routes abound as well in the Valley of d'Ampezzo.

At Hotel Corona you will find yourself in a strategic location for every type of activity: in five-minute drive will get you to the sunfilled children's slopes of Socrepes and Pocol areas which are then easily connected by chairlifts to the more advanced runs of the Tofana. You can stroll to the reknown Olympic Ice Stadium, Bob-sled run, and the Tennis Country Club and Spa.
